The CandidateWith proven experience in a senior production or manufacturing leadership role, experience in the medical/pharma industry experience is preferred although not essential. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives in previous roles and will be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
