We're partnering with an established Financial Services organisation seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to drive their Regulatory Compliance agenda.

This Senior Compliance Manager role will see you:

  • Providing strategic Compliance oversight and expert guidance to the Board
  • Leading Regulatory relationships and managing key stakeholder communications
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and agreeing mitigation strategies
  • Maintaining robust Governance frameworks
  • Delivering comprehensive Compliance and risk reporting to the MD and Board
  • Overseeing Regulatory audits and due diligence processes

The Ideal Match for the Senior Compliance Manager role:

  • Proven Compliance experience within a Regulated Financial Institution
  • Strong track record in governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting
  • Experience in Board-level interactions and Committee Management
  • Expert knowledge of FCA regulations and risk management frameworks
  • Commercial mindset with ability to balance risk and business objectives
  • Professional Compliance qualification (ICA or equivalent)
  • Independent thinker with strategic decision-making capabilities
