We're partnering with an established Financial Services organisation seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to drive their Regulatory Compliance agenda.
This Senior Compliance Manager role will see you:
- Providing strategic Compliance oversight and expert guidance to the Board
- Leading Regulatory relationships and managing key stakeholder communications
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and agreeing mitigation strategies
- Maintaining robust Governance frameworks
- Delivering comprehensive Compliance and risk reporting to the MD and Board
- Overseeing Regulatory audits and due diligence processes
The Ideal Match for the Senior Compliance Manager role:
- Proven Compliance experience within a Regulated Financial Institution
- Strong track record in governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting
- Experience in Board-level interactions and Committee Management
- Expert knowledge of FCA regulations and risk management frameworks
- Commercial mindset with ability to balance risk and business objectives
- Professional Compliance qualification (ICA or equivalent)
- Independent thinker with strategic decision-making capabilities
