We are inviting applications for a Financial Services Administrator at a well-respected and established firm known for its expert financial service advice. Role Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit new business files, including data entry of client details and recommendations into the back-office system.
- Manage post-sale communications by obtaining updates from providers and overseeing the client review process.
- Schedule and organise client reviews, manage portfolio reports, and implement review outcomes.
- Coordinate the diaries of Financial Advisers, manage email correspondence, and schedule appointments.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Produce and finalise suitability reports, maintaining adherence to compliance standards.
- Keep the back-office system updated with accurate data and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate effective use of all required software systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in an IFA Practice as a Financial Services Administrator is preferred but is not essential.
- Financial Services qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Independent workload management capabilities.
- Must possess personal transportation.
- Weekends off.
- Starting with 22 days of holiday plus public holidays, with incremental increases based on length of service.
