Role Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit new business files, including data entry of client details and recommendations into the back-office system.
  • Manage post-sale communications by obtaining updates from providers and overseeing the client review process.
  • Schedule and organise client reviews, manage portfolio reports, and implement review outcomes.
  • Coordinate the diaries of Financial Advisers, manage email correspondence, and schedule appointments.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Produce and finalise suitability reports, maintaining adherence to compliance standards.
  • Keep the back-office system updated with accurate data and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrate effective use of all required software systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an IFA Practice as a Financial Services Administrator is preferred but is not essential.
  • Financial Services qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Independent workload management capabilities.
  • Must possess personal transportation.
