We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary & Permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of temporary and permanent recruitment strategies and processes and relationship management skills to effectively fulfil our clients' staffing needs.

What will the day to day look like?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible in supporting the delivery of the various Opus models, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, for permanent roles. From advertising roles, screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers. The essential of this role is to be able to build proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs, geographical locations and securing top talent. You鈥檒l be part of a friendly, proactive and innovative team within the Opus East Anglia Region and required to support these areas should the business needs require it, enabling you to expanding on your skills and knowledge of the wider business.

What skills we require:

路 At least 2 years consitent recruitment experience in-house/account managing or agency recruitment role (preferably within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)

路 Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment & people

路 Driven by process improvement and innovative thinking

路 Work effectively & independently under pressure prioritising a varied workload depending on business requirements and needs.

路 To be in our Ipswich Office 2/3 days per week and able to travel when required between client sites. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, with Ipswich being a commutable distance.
