The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on warm leads provided by the business, engaging with prospective clients to understand their logistics needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration. This role requires someone who is confident, inquisitive, and capable of building rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up on inbound leads and enquiries.
  • Engage with potential customers to uncover their freight and logistics requirements.
  • Ask insightful, probing questions to understand client pain points and objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and customer interactions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in container logistics or freight forwarding is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong questioning and listening abilities.
