Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring products reach customers accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain a smooth flow of materials and finished products.
Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks within the supply chain, and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.
Analyse data and trends to pinpoint areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency within the supply chain.
Manage order fulfilment, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery in accordance with customer requirements and expectations.
Maintain and update the supply chain management system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all activities and inventory.
Address disruptions in the supply chain proactively, such as delays or shortages, and implement effective solutions.
Work with senior leadership to introduce strategic changes and improvements across the supply chain, focusing on scalability and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
Experience in a supply chain or logistics role is essential.
Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel, and IQ Intact (or similar ERP systems).
Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
Ability to manage costs and improve processes.
GCSE-level qualification in English and Maths.
Passion for supply chain management.
