We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Operator to join our client in Irvine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

About the Role:As a QA Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for sampling and testing incoming goods and in-process materials, while supporting quality systems and continuous improvement efforts within the lab and production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sampling and testing of incoming and in-process materials

  • Record and label all sampled goods accurately

  • Verify supplier Certificates of Conformity

  • Identify and report non-conformance's

  • Perform end-of-line quality inspections

  • Carry out daily calibration checks

  • Support the handling and evaluation of seal samples

  • Assist with general laboratory duties

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to follow standard procedures and document findings precisely

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Prior experience in a QA, lab, or manufacturing setting is an advantage

General Duties:

  • Support our Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Comply with company Health & Safety policies

  • Be flexible and willing to support other departments as needed
