My client, a returning school, are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator/Officer to join the team in Isleworth.

Position: HR Admin/OfficerHours: 36 hours per week (8.30am – 4.30pm)Location: IsleworthReports to: Head of Human Resources and Professional Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Administer the Schools recruitment process, advertise vacancies, process applications, and set up interviews.
  • Documentation & Integrity Checks: Ensure all staff joining undergo necessary integrity checks and documentation processing.
  • Pension & Payroll Administration: Manage pension enrolments, payroll documentation, and salary enquiries.
  • Data Management: Maintain the HR database and Single Central Record.
  • General Administration: Handle office tasks, policy research, and confidential files.

Person Specification:

  • Previous HR office and administrative experience.
  • Interest in developing a career in HR and willingness to gain a recognised qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and databases.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential enquiries.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Awareness of safeguarding, prevent, and equal opportunities.

Pay rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
