Client Take-On Administrator / Senior Administrator??Jersey??Salary up to £55kI'm working with a leading Offshore Law firm looking to continue expanding their compliance function, bringing onboard a Client Take On Administrator into their team. Ensuring smooth, efficient, and fully compliant onboarding for clients.This is a great opportunity for someone with incredible attention to detail, solid organisational skills, and problem-solving mindset, with a great opportunity to progress and develop in your career.The Role?? Setting up client/matter files and opening new matters through our onboarding software (Intapp).? Checking databases to see if a potential client is already known and if any screening risks pop up.? Running media searches, risk checks, and preparing internal & external documentation (including high-risk/PEP applications where needed).? Tracking the receipt of due diligence documents and ensuring all necessary info is collected.? Supporting junior team members in understanding complex structures and CDD requirements.? Escalating potential risks or concerns to the Compliance team or relevant partners.? Staying up to date with regulatory requirements in our key jurisdictions: Jersey, Guernsey, BVI & Cayman.About you?
  • Experience in client due diligence (CDD), AML, or client onboarding (legal or financial services is a plus!).
  • Strong organisational skills – you can juggle priorities like a pro.
  • Great interpersonal skills – you’ll be working closely with clients and internal teams.
