Rotherwood Recruitment is hiring a Sales Account Manager to join a well established and highly successful team based out of central Keighley. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and will be tasked with increasing sales revenue through upselling and cross selling activities.
The role:
Generating revenue through the delivery of a first class service to current clients
Contacting lapsed clients to understand business needs
Following up both cold and warm leads
Meeting with clients to understand their recruitment challenges
Sourcing and attracting candidates with suitable skills for your portfolio of clients
Suitable candidates:
This role requires a high level of sales both in person and over the phone therefore it is essential that applicants are confident making outbound telephone calls. You should be able to multi task and enjoy working to targets and under pressure. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm and we do not currently offer hybrid working.
The role is suited to applicants that have office based experience, predominantly working in a sales or account management capacity. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you will be comfortable working with all MS Office applications and have a good grasp of various social media platforms and how these can be leveraged to attract candidates. Full training will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be able to drive and have their own vehicle
