We have created a new role for an ERP Manager to support, ongoing development, and reliable operation of Hexadexs Epicor ERP platform.

This role serves as the global product owner for ERP, aligning technical configuration with business process requirements, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and future scalability.

The postholder also supports the integration of ERP with other enterprise systems (EDI, MES, BI).

Located at our Keighley manufacturing site in West Yorkshire, with travel to our head office in Gainsborough. You will need to be visible so on site working is essential for a minimum of 4 days.

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Support in the definition of and implement the ERP roadmap in line with business strategy. Oversee change control and release management practices.
  • Standardisation and Scalability
  • Own the global ERP blueprint to ensure process standardisation and system scalability.
  • Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and HR teams to gather requirements, assess process gaps, and deliver fit-for-purpose ERP solutions.
  • Act as ERP escalation point for business-critical issues.
  • Systems Integration
  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other platforms (EDI, MES, Power BI, Payroll).
  • Support automation and digitisation initiatives through the ERP layer.
  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Manage and mentor ERP analysts, coordinate support efforts, and drive functional excellence.
  • Oversee Epicor vendor relationship and manage external support contracts and SOWs
  • Champion user engagement and training programmes for ERP modules across sites.

About you

  • Must have experience working with Epicor ERP (preferably Kinetic/SaaS).
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and inventory business processes.
  • Has Managed ERP projects and system upgrades across multi-site environments.
  • Must have Functional knowledge of Epicor modules: Production, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Planning.
  • An understanding of database architecture, user permissions, and workflow automation.

Technical DESIRABLE

  • Epicor Certifications.
  • Power BI and SSRS reporting.
  • MES/EDI integration experience.
  • Agile project delivery methods.
