What Youll Do:
- Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
- Drive team performance to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Provide hands-on coaching, support, and motivation to your team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Represent the branch at local events and promote offers via social media
- Achieve personal sales and development goals while helping your team grow
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultantwith a strong sales record
- A natural leader who can coach and inspire a team
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about travel with excellent product knowledge
- Organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative
