Job Summary:
We are currently representing a role on behalf of our well established client based in the Lancashire region.
- We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to join an exciting business in a Sales Executive role where you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, guiding customers through the purchase process and delivering exceptional service.
Main Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Complete all sales and finance paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and track sales leads, ensuring follow-ups are timely and professional.
- Promote upgrades and upsell opportunities where appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless delivery and handover.
Person Specification:
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Sales-driven mindset with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage your own workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
