Private Client SolicitorLocation: Kendal/Hybrid/Flexible Position: Full Time/Part Time About the Firm:A regional law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer 5 + years to join a growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality legal advice to clients.We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor that has a strong background in Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection and Lasting Power of Attorney.You will be able to provide clear and concise advice to clients and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.The Role:

• Private Client Solicitor to manage their own caseload
• Interest in rural estates and community
• Long term ambitions for Legal Director or future Partner
• Experience drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Estate planning including the setting up of trusts and other entities
• Providing advice to high-net-worth clients and assisting their ongoing needs
• Playing a key part in the practice area's business development activities for existing and new clients
