The role• Answering incoming calls and directing them promptly and professionally• Using our internal CRM system to manage inbox messages and respond efficiently• Handling all forms of correspondence in a timely and organised manner• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times• Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by your line manager

Key skills• Genuine enthusiasm for customer service• Strong organisational skills• Excellent verbal and written communication• Professional and positive telephone manner• Good IT proficiency including Microsoft Office• An initiative-taking and can-do attitude• Attention to detail and a diligent approach.
