The role• Answering incoming calls and directing them promptly and professionally• Using our internal CRM system to manage inbox messages and respond efficiently• Handling all forms of correspondence in a timely and organised manner• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times• Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by your line manager
