The Role

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to determine the best methods for sourcing top candidates from job boards and other platforms.
  • Liaise with past and prospective candidates to improve the hiring process and develop initiatives to boost candidate engagement.
  • Create and utilise a range of attraction tools to recruit the best internal talent.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by the line manager.
  • Identify and implement more efficient ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring hires align with the company’s values.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Previous recruitment experience (preferable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation (preferable)
  • Ability to adapt and multitask
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • Positive telephone manner
