The Role
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to determine the best methods for sourcing top candidates from job boards and other platforms.
- Liaise with past and prospective candidates to improve the hiring process and develop initiatives to boost candidate engagement.
- Create and utilise a range of attraction tools to recruit the best internal talent.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by the line manager.
- Identify and implement more efficient ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring hires align with the company’s values.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Previous recruitment experience (preferable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation (preferable)
- Ability to adapt and multitask
- Strong teamworking skills
- Positive telephone manner
