An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional hospitality leader to take the helm at the Holiday Inn Kenilworth. As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the business leading your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, achieve strong financial performance, and uphold the trusted IHG brand standards. You will be supported by a collaborative group team and empowered to make key strategic and operational decisions that drive long-term growth and owner returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service quality.
  • Drive all commercial areas of the business, including rooms, meetings, and F&B, to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain brand compliance, quality, and service standards across all departments.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators to ensure financial success and cost control.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community to enhance the hotels profile.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development across the team.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental responsibilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a full-service, branded hotel (IHG experience preferred).
  • Strong commercial understanding with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profit improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • A hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
