This role will be pivotal in reshaping how procurement partners with the wider business-driving adoption of new processes, embedding behavioural change, and enhancing the overall service offeringResponsibilities:路 Follow the existing change management strategy for the procurement system implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder needs.路 Engage and influence stakeholders across procurement and the wider business to build commitment and readiness for change. 路 Work closely with the system integrator, ensuring change activities are aligned with the technical implementation and that business needs are clearly represented throughout delivery.路 Collaborate with project and procurement teams to ensure change activities are integrated into the overall programme delivery. 路 Deliver change plans that support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours within the procurement function.路 Identify and manage change impacts across business units, ensuring risks are mitigated and support mechanisms are in place.路 Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the change journey.路 Monitor and evaluate change adoption, using feedback and data to adjust plans and ensure sustained transformation.路 Champion a culture of continuous improvement, helping to redefine procurement's service offering and its relationship with the business.Requirements:路 Passionate about driving meaningful change that improves how procurement delivers value to the business 路 Experience of system transformation projects路 Experience of leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within procurement or supply chain 路 Solid experience of using change management frameworks to embed sustainable transformation路 Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
