  • 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample Testing: Collect, prepare, and analyse product samples.
  • Data Management: Log results in SAP and Excel, report non-conformities.
  • Equipment Care: Calibrate and maintain lab instruments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all results meet quality and food safety standards.
  • Taste Tests: Participate in product sensory evaluations.
  • Microbiological Checks: Conduct plating and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lab Upkeep: Keep the workspace clean and organised.
