Position: Laboratory Technician
Location: Burton Latimer - must live within 45 minutes maximum travel time
Type: Full-Time | Competitive Salary
Shifts: Rotating Weekly:
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
- 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
- 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed)
Are you analytical, IT-savvy, and detail-oriented? Join our team as a Laboratory Technician and help maintain our high standards of quality and food safety. Prior lab experience is not required-just a passion for precision and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Testing: Collect, prepare, and analyse product samples.
- Data Management: Log results in SAP and Excel, report non-conformities.
- Equipment Care: Calibrate and maintain lab instruments.
- Compliance: Ensure all results meet quality and food safety standards.
- Taste Tests: Participate in product sensory evaluations.
- Microbiological Checks: Conduct plating and troubleshoot issues.
- Lab Upkeep: Keep the workspace clean and organised.
