Document Controller Opportunity - Leading M&E Contractor - Hospital Project

MK Search are working closely with a leading international M&E contractor who due to winning a major new hospital project in Kettering, are looking to engage with an experienced Document Controller to join their growing team.

The company in question have a strong reputation in the commercial, data centre, industrial and life sciences markets and are continuously winning new projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on a project, providing admin support to management..
  • Manage and control all project information received using the appropriate software package/system and clients' portals, wherever possible.
  • Co-ordinate meetings, the collation of reports and the follow-up of actions.
  • Create and maintain a robust filing and archive system.
  • Maintain the site records and weekly reports.
  • Assist the Health and Safety team in audit processes and to record safety documentations on Share Point.
  • Liaise with Main contractor and sub-contractors Document Control or Site Admin on the provision of documentation.
  • Take an active role in setting up, implementing, managing and improving the document management process.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years experience in a Document Controller role, ideally within the construction or M&E servicesindustry.
  • Proficient with MS software and EDMS.
  • Right to work in the UK
