- Inputting and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Managing purchase orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently.
- Maintaining stock control records to optimize inventory management.
- Addressing general day-to-day inquiries related to accounts and clerical matters.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar office environment is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- Proficiency in SAGE Line 50 or similar accounting software is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to contribute beyond the scope of traditional accounting duties.
- Willingness to collaborate with other departments and add value across the business.
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
