This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, handling customer interactions, and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Managing purchase orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently.
  • Maintaining stock control records to optimize inventory management.
  • Addressing general day-to-day inquiries related to accounts and clerical matters.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar office environment is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in SAGE Line 50 or similar accounting software is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
