Senior HR Advisor - Northamptonshire

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a experienced Senior HR Advisor for our client based in the Northamptonshire area.

Salary: up to £37,000

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm (4.30 finish on a Friday)

Location: Kettering (but with potential travelling to Wellingborough, Corby, and Bedford)

Hybrid 1 day working from home

Duties:

- Working with the Group Heads of HR and Group HR Manager to strategically partner thebusiness- To support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in line with the HR Business plan- To act as HR lead in the absence of the Group HR Manager- To be the key point of contact for complex cases within their area of responsibility- Working closely with the Group Head of HR and/or Group HR Manager to ensure timely communication of serious employee relation matters- Providing case work updates to the Group HR Manager/Group Head of HR on a regular basis- Working closely with the HR Advisors/HR Coordinators to support and offer clear HR advice and/or coaching to Line Managers on day-to-day matters.- Contribute to the development of the HR team and the wider organisation by sharing people management skills and knowledge, encouraging and supporting others.- Work with the Group HR Manager/Group Head of HR on people initiatives to ensure the organisation reaches its strategic goals.- To support the HR team working on various HR projects including owning selected HR Centre of Excellence- To provide support, advice, and guidance to peers within the team on ER (Employee Relations)

Requirements:

- Qualified to CIPD level 3 or workingtowards Level 5 qualification or similar- Extensive Employee Relationsknowledge and practical experiencegained through working within an HR Advisor role- English and Maths GCSE (A - C) or equivalent (Level 2)- Experience of working in a fastpaced HR environment- Excellent knowledge of employment egislation and best practices in ER- Driver
