Procurement Administrator
Our client is going through a period of sustained growth and is looking for a Procurement or Purchasing Administrator to join their team.
CIPS study support is offered together with the opportunity for personal development.
You will be working closely with the Stock Controller and other members of the procurement team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ordering of materials, equipment and aggregates to deadlines.
- Liaising with Stores to administer stock levels to ensure all orders can be fulfilled.
- Attending weekly planning meetings with the team and wider departments.
- Ensuring that all leftover materials are recovered following completion of contracts.
- Liaising with the Planning Supervisor and Contract Managers to ensure all plant and aggregates are ordered and available ready for works to commence.
- Producing daily plans for the drivers to ensure that they deliver and collect materials across multiple sites.
- Raising, scanning and emailing of purchase orders.
- Processing of delivery notes for consignment stock.
This is a fast paced, varied role and you should have previous procurement or purchasing experience, have excellent administration, communication, organisation and planning skills.
