A long-established and highly successful letting agency in Kettering is looking for a confident and customer-focused Lettings Consultant to join their close-knit team.
This is a front-of-house role based in a thriving branch that consistently outperforms competitors, handling over 20 new lets each month. You’ll be part of a busy office of 10 people, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Responding to enquiries and booking appointments
- Overseeing the referencing and move-in process
- Providing excellent service to landlords and tenants
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, friendly and well-organised, with a professional attitude and a proactive approach to work.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
- Own car (mileage paid)
- Previous experience in lettings
