Are you the kind of person who enjoys solving problems, staying one step ahead, and making sure everything runs like clockwork? If so, this could be your ideal role.

This established independent lettings agency in Kettering is known for its hands-on approach, loyal landlord base, and no-nonsense service.

With a growing managed portfolio and a busy day-to-day operation, they’re now looking for a Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator to take ownership of all things repair-related - from first report to resolution.

You’ll be the key contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors when something needs attention. That means logging maintenance issues, triaging them effectively, arranging quotes or works, and ensuring everyone stays in the loop.

You’ll be responsible for staying on top of compliance too - making sure inspections, safety certificates and legal responsibilities are all up to date.

If you’ve worked in property, facilities or repairs co-ordination before, you’ll know how vital this role is.

The team here gets that - and they’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting things sorted properly, not just quickly.

In return, you’ll get a supportive, down-to-earth working environment, a basic salary of £25,000, and performance-related bonuses (realistic OTE from £27,000).

You’ll be trusted to get on with your job - and appreciated for doing it well.
