Job Summary:We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Officer to support the North Northamptonshire Council based in the Municipal Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting tenancy audits to ensure homes are well maintained
  • Carrying out mutual exchange property inspections
  • Visiting residents during their introductory tenancy period
  • Performing estate and block inspections to maintain high standards
  • Hosting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
  • Signing up new tenancies, guiding new residents through the process
  • Supporting the compliance team with property access, including for gas entry warrants
  • Assisting the property maintenance team with access for Stock Condition Surveys

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
  • Relevant experience in housing or a related field
