Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Room Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in assembling and troubleshooting control panels. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and functionality of our control systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the control panel assembly team.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NEC, and company standards.
- Inspect completed panels for quality and functionality.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Skills
- Hands-on experience in control panel building
- Previous supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge ofelectrical schematics,wiring practices, andpanel layout
- Experience with components such asPLCs,relays,VFDs, andterminal blocks
- Ability to use hand and power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
