Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Room Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in assembling and troubleshooting control panels. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and functionality of our control systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the control panel assembly team.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NEC, and company standards.
  • Inspect completed panels for quality and functionality.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience in control panel building
  • Previous supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge ofelectrical schematics,wiring practices, andpanel layout
  • Experience with components such asPLCs,relays,VFDs, andterminal blocks
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
