Key Responsibilities

- Hands-On Involvement: Actively participate in daily operations, including fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to client specifications, particularly for automotive components.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate production schedules, allocate tasks effectively, and manage resources to optimize efficiency.
- Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Production Lead Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong background in metal fabrication, with proficiency in working with stainless steel and aluminium.
- Familiarity with automotive component manufacturing, preferably with experience related to classic or bespoke vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Commitment to quality, precision, and attention to detail.
- Formal qualification or hands on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
