Our client is the expert team that keeps buildings safe, clean, functional, and pleasant for the people who use them - but with a twist. They focus on people-first experiences, making commercial spaces feel less corporate and more like places people genuinely want to be. What you'll actually be doing day-to-day: You'll be the "doer" - taking ownership of projects with responsibility for detail, logistics, delivery, and follow-through. Think of it like running a mini business within a business:
- Event planning and execution - summer/Christmas socials for 150-200 people, run clubs, fitness/wellbeing sessions, professional development workshops
- Content management - websites, apps, social media (especially professional channels)
- Vendor and budget management for events and experiences
- Market research and concept development - could a spin studio work on-site? What amenities do occupiers actually want?
- Collaborating on strategy, then independently owning the implementation
- Mentoring on-site teams on customer experience delivery
What they're looking for:�? Background in events, hospitality, design or placemaking? Strong logistical skills - you must know how to put on and manage an event
