Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive - £28,000-£32,000 - Oxford/HybridOur client is a facilities management business within a leading property company, and they're looking for a creative, hands-on Placemaking and Customer Experience Executive to join their rapidly growing team. • Content management - websites, apps, social media (especially professional channels)
  • Vendor and budget management for events and experiences
  • Market research and concept development - could a spin studio work on-site? What amenities do occupiers actually want?
  • Collaborating on strategy, then independently owning the implementation
  • Mentoring on-site teams on customer experience delivery

What they're looking for:? Background in events, hospitality, design or placemaking? Strong logistical skills - you must know how to put on and manage an event

?? Creative and culturally aware - excited by variety and tailored solutions

  • Experience in commercial property helpful but not essential
  • Confident with social media and design tools like Canva or InDesign
