Our client, a leading company in the aerospace defence and security sector, is seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager - Civils & MRO to join their dynamic Commercial Business team. This is a permanent opportunity to gain unparalleled exposure to the commercial business of a leading aerospace company.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the successful execution of contracts related to Sale & customisation, retrofit, training, MRO, and Support & Services for both civilian and military customers.
  • Providing critical support on contractual setups, including the negotiation and refinement of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.
  • Collaborating seamlessly across various departments such as Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, and Finance as well as other Airbus Helicopters entities.
  • Working closely with the Offers Manager and Sales Team to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Supporting the Offers Manager in contractual setups for bidding processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager within the defence and security sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain for the aerospace industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to refine Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding processes.
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability.
  • Eligibility for DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
