Description

  1. Employee Relations: Support and advise on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  2. Process Improvement: Help build and refine HR processes and systems to ensure they are efficient and add value. As well as assist in the implementation of goal setting and objectives for employees (The HR system is Bamboo HR).
  3. Communication: Educate and communicate effectively within the organization, particularly with line managers.
  4. Job Descriptions: Overhaul job descriptions
  5. Company Values: help redefine and communicate their mission and vision, as well as promote positive initiatives.
  6. Support the full onboarding experience
