The RoleAs Programme Manage you’ll be embedded within a cross-functional team, taking ownership of the readiness and execution of component-level testing. Acting as a key force in the final stages of development, you will lead coordination, track defects and rework cycles, and ensure seamless global handovers across testing zones.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage testing readiness for a defined group of components, ensuring all preconditions are met.

Track test execution progress, defect rates, and rework cycles to maintain momentum and accountability.

Coordinate handovers and communication between global test teams to enable round-the-clock progress.

Lead daily “war-room” style sessions to maintain pace and visibility during critical testing windows.

Proactively drive escalation and resolution of issues that could delay test completion.
About You

Experience leading testing or delivery efforts in high-pressure environments, ideally within engineering, hardware, or complex systems development.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones.

Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, delivery-focused settings.

Comfortable with structured issue tracking, defect resolution, and escalation processes.

Flexible, hands-on, and able to quickly respond to changing priorities and challenges.
