The RoleAs Senior Programme Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a multi-disciplinary programme team, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and governance across key workstreams. Reporting directly to the Programme Director, you’ll play a critical role in enabling execution and driving alignment between product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a central programme action tracker and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.

  • Coordinate and consolidate inputs for weekly programme reviews and leadership updates.

  • Facilitate alignment across workstreams by ensuring all stakeholders are clear on priorities, timelines, and interdependencies.

  • Follow up on actions, proactively chase updates, and support in removing blockers to progress.

  • Prepare concise, executive-level reporting and documentation to support strategic decision-making.

About You

  • Proven experience in programme or project coordination in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with programme governance tools and reporting practices.
