Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Old Trafford
Contract Type: Temporary (Hourly Rate)
Salary: £13.74 per hour (Equivalent to £25,000 per annum)
Commission: Excellent opportunity to earn
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm)
Requirement: Must pass a DBS check

About the Role
We are recruiting Sales Agents on behalf of a leading sporting brand based in Old Trafford. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing sales team dedicated to maximising revenue through outbound calling.

In this role, you will be speaking with both corporate and public customers about a range of hospitality packages. You will play a key part in driving sales, building relationships, and representing a brand with a strong reputation and an exceptional customer experience offering.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to corporate and public customers

Promote and sell hospitality packages

Build rapport quickly and deliver a professional, engaging sales experience

Work to daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Update internal systems accurately and promptly

Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Work collaboratively within a wider sales team to maximise revenue

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven outbound sales experience

Experience working in a high-volume, outbound call environment

Call centre experience

A strong drive to achieve targets and earn commission

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Reliability, resilience, and a strong work ethic

A passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service
