Key Responsibilities:

* Teaching & Planning: Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum and support a wide range of learning needs.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, well-structured classroom environment using effective behaviour strategies to promote respect, focus and achievement.
* Assessment & Progress: Regularly assess pupils' learning, track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to help every child reach their potential.
* Differentiation: Adapt lessons and materials to meet the differing needs, abilities and learning styles within the class.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants and school leadership to ensure consistency and strong outcomes across the year group.
* Parent Partnership: Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding progress, behaviour and wellbeing, building strong and supportive relationships.
* Professional Development: Take part in training, staff meetings and CPD to continue developing your practice.
* Safeguarding: Follow the school's safeguarding policies and promote a safe, nurturing environment for all pupils.
