Noodle Talent Partners are exclusively supporting an exciting organisation in King's Lynn, recruiting for the position ofAmazon Marketplace Managerto join the team on a permanent basis.

Working full time from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with opportunity to do two days from home per week.

Within this role you will work as an integral part of the Amazon team, focusing on maximising product visibility and online Amazon sales throughongoing analysis and proactive continuous improvement, ensuring operations run smoothly with your assigned areas, working incollaboration with the team and wider business.

The role...

  • Strategic planning to increase sales performance within your assigned areas for year on year growth, create monthly promotional campaigns tailored to customer demands and market trends to maintain a strong market presence.
  • Data analysis across online performance, customer insights and market research to identify and action improvements
  • Ensure content is optimised, discoverable and appealing to target audiences, applying SEO best practices and following Amazon guidelines for enhanced visibility
  • Manage new product launches online, ensuring any translation is complete for international areas (systems and expertise provided)
  • Maintain profit margin percentages and manage inventory levels alongside the supply chain team in line with product demand, ensuring weekly reviews for optimum product availability to maximise sales and profit against objectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement measures to support business growth and success
  • Carry out market research to keep on top of trends, customer demand and competitor activity
  • Reporting to management on performance, development areas and competitor activity

The desired candidate will have...

  • Ideally existing experience within a similar role in Ecommerce or Amazon management
  • Strategic thinking with aproactive and commercial approach to their work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborting well with others
  • Excellent organisation and forward planning skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, experience working with data to monitor performance and recommend strategic mprovements
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve using initiative, adapting as required
  • An ability to contribute to continuous improvement measures through ideas and an awarenss of the business
  • Strong IT skills, experience using Microsoft Office is key. Also experience with Helium 10, Monday .com and Keepa would be desirable
  • Project management and relationship management skills
  • Excellent administration and reporting capabilities
  • Experience meeting both personal and business objectives
