Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister ValuerThe main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer

Estate Agency experience preferably a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
A Full UK driving licence
