This iconic hotel, situated on its private island, is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join their Kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen (4- or 5-star preferred).
  • A true morning person, motivated by service excellence and culinary pride.
  • Confidence to work independently during early hours with a proactive mindset.
  • Respect for structure, timekeeping, and the unique culture of island hospitality.
  • A team player who values feeding both guests and staff with equal care and attention.

Your Role:

  • Lead the preparation and execution of a refined à la carte breakfast for hotel guests.
  • Design and deliver high-quality, nutritious staff meals, ensuring the team is well-fed and ready for service.
  • Take ownership of the breakfast section, from mise en place to end-of-service cleanliness.
  • Maintain exacting standards of presentation, consistency, and food safety.
  • Support the kitchen brigade with prep for the wider daily menus as needed.

Working Hours & Flexibility:

  • 48-hour contract across 5 days per week, scheduled on a rota basis - full flexibility is essential.
  • Shifts start from 7am
  • Weekends and bank holidays are part of the schedule.

Accommodation:

  • Live-in accommodation is available in our subsidised staff housing, subject to availability at the time of offer.

Important to Know:

  • Due to our remote island location, live-out applicants must have a car and valid driving licence.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK - we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
