Job Description:
Nuco Solutions are currently working with a Leading Social Housing contractor, looking for an experienced domestic Service and Breakdown engineer to join their team in Kingston and surrounding.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :
- Service domestic gas appliances and boilers
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing/replacing parts
- Adhering to strict safety regulations and using specialized fault-finding tools
- Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials
- Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues
- Report any non-compliance or process failures to management
Knowledge, skills and experience required for this role :
- Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT
- Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years)
