As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Response to reactive repairs.
- Minor building fabric repairs, minor decorating tasks, minor plumbing tasks and general office maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all assigned work orders and comply fully with health and safety & Environmental policies.
- Providingexcellent customer service to building occupants.
- Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- Level 3/Equivalent in Electrical installation
- 18th edition.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
- Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company, in the most professional manner possible, utilising the uniform and PPE issued.
