Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT2

Salary: OTE: £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A smart local independent estate agent are looking to expand their sales team and recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their branch in Kingston upon Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy office with good earning potential, working with properties between Richmond Park and the River Thames.

The duties will include, generating valuations, registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings, negotiation offers between buyers and vendors, liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors, sales progression and above all delivering a first-class experience to all clients.

The ideal candidates must have previous experience in residential sales as well as excellent communication skills, a personable nature and have exceptional drive and determination. You be prepared to be part of a team and able to work under your own initiative without constant supervision. You must have a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Experience in residential sales
• Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships
• Excellent telephone manner
• Working autonomously and as part of a team
• Have superb negotiation skills
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Have some knowledge of the Kingston area (preferable)
