We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Associate to join the Corporate Services team at the Royal Borough of Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong recruitment administration experience to contribute to a high-performing and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume pre-employment checks for new starters

  • Maintain and input data into recruitment and payroll systems with high accuracy

  • Draft and administer employment contracts and job adverts

  • Handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously with flexibility and attention to detail

  • Provide professional support to managers and external candidates, responding to queries on recruitment processes

  • Develop and publish creative recruitment campaigns, including content for platforms such as LinkedIn

  • Use e-recruitment (preferably Oleeo) and payroll systems (iTrent) efficiently

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment administration

  • Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, policies, and good practice

  • Familiarity with Oleeo and iTrent systems (advantageous)

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • CIPD qualification is desirable
