- Organise and control the day-to-day shipping functions
- Supporting with management of stock, ensuring stock is booked in and files and systems are all in order to ensure stock availability is ready for dispatch.
- Following shipping instructions and liaise with freight forwarders
- Raising stock invoices
- Issuing delivery instructions
- Control of stock records, various shipping records, and other files required
- Completion of Customs & Excise documents and forms
- Other general admin tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Supply Chain Logistics/Management or Business Administration
- Local to Kingston area
- Experience in International Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
