Main responsibilities:
- Supporting senior fee earners on a caseload of sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold properties.
- You will also build and manage your own caseload, depending on your experience and ambition. Extra responsibility can be given according to candidate level.
- Drafting legal documents and dealing with client and solicitor correspondence.
- Supporting junior support staff when required.
You will:
- Have at least 3-4 years experience within residential conveyancing within a UK private practice law firm.
- Have a professional and confidenttelephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
