About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join the in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong legal background who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The successful candidate will support in a broad range of legal and administrative matters and will be involved in document preparation, legal research, compliance processes, and liaison with internal teams and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports
  • Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR) and legal confidentiality requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed
  • Take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise

About You:

  • Law degree or previous experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
