Up to £90,000 + OTE
Our client, an IT services provider with a focus on Cyber Security and Data Protection, is looking to recruit an experience Sales Manager into their SLT.
The successful Sales Manager will take over an existing team of 5 Account Managers. The role will invoice working with the Account Managers on white spacing in their accounts to increase wallet share4. This will be hand-on and will involve customer meetings etc. You will also have the remit to grow and develop the team, with funding and support provided.
We are looking for a Sales Manager with the following experience:
- Cyber Security Services, Data Protection Services OR IT Reseller / MSP background
- Proven ability to manage a team P&L
- Demonstrable experience of growing a sales function
- Ability to attend sales meeting with the team to help them develop and grow
- This will be a role that requires you to be in the office more often than not, so someone that is commutable to New Malden
The Sales Manager position comes with a basic salary up to £90,000, along with an OTE of £(Apply online only)k. You will be supported in your role and will be given the opportunity to grown and develop the team and your position.
