Alexander Daniels are working with an established manufacturing business based in Dudley who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a 12 month FTC (Maternity Cover). The successful candidate will be joining a friendly dynamic finance team based at their Dudley Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records on the Purchase & Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- 3 invoice way matching
- Raising proforma invoices
- Processing multicurrency invoices
- Generating Sales invoices
- Uploading invoices to Business Central and keeping hard copies for auditing purposes
- Reporting - Daily bank reports and Sales reports
- Payment runs
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience within a similar role
- Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUPS)
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail
