Connect Appointments are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join our Kinross-based client, on a full-time permanent basis!
What's on offer:
- Permanent position
- Rotating shifts between day, back and night shift
- £40,000 to £44,000 per annum
Working as a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring production lines are running to their full potential, as well as:
- Carrying out maintenance of machinery
- Following health and safety procedures
- Completing relevant paperwork
- 3,6, 12-month servicing of lines
- Fault diagnosis and repair
- Working closing with production team to minimise downtime
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer, combined with the following skills and traits:
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Be able to understand diagrams and drawings
- Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Be focused and driven; able to prioritise your workload
