Senior Production Planner The Senior Production Planner will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Planning team, ensuring effective scheduling and resource utilisation
- Manage MRP systems and master scheduling to support on-time delivery targets
- Collaborate across Production, Procurement, and Project teams to align planning with operational goals
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels, ensuring timely material availability
- Provide regular production performance reports and maintain planning KPIs
- Proven experience in a production planning role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with team leadership experience
